37 Wall Street is a great building located in the heart of the financial district.  I’m not just saying that as a webmaster, this is the building I live in.  It is pretty cool to live less than 150 feet from where George Washington was Inaugurated at Federal Hall.  Federal Hall is now a museum that has various presidential exhibits rotating monthly.  37 Wall Street is also located less than 1 block from the New York Stock Exchange.

Various apartments are available in the building with Studio Apartments Starting at $2100 and 2 Bedroom with offices that can convert to flexible 3 bedrooms or even 4 bedrooms are also available and top out at around $4600 per month.  

Amenities include washer/dryer in many of the units, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including dish washer.

Full two story gym with free weights and machines.  5 treadmills and 3 elliptical machines.  Fitness room with nightly classes

The lounge includes two pool tables, a ping pong table, 3 plasma Tv’s and a full Movie Screening room available for free use or to rent out for private events.
